Return & Refund Policy

Enrollment fees & fees for services are non-refundable. Credit is permissible under specific conditions. Once credit for a service is approved, it may be applied to another service at the client's discretion. Credit will not be approved for missed groups sessions or missed individual sessions unless physician documentation is provided.

Approved individual sessions within the 15-week and 8-week IntensivCoaching packages are allowed to be rescheduled up to 3 months post discharge.
